Installation
Follow these steps to properly install the Support IA bot on your Discord server. This guide will help you configure the bot so it can interact with your members and provide responses based on your rules.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A Discord server where you have administrator permissions.
- A website hosting your rules (mandatory for the bot’s automatic connection). Feel free to contact us on Discord before subscribing to verify if your rules are well structured for full integration with the bot.
- A valid OpenAI API key for the bot (see Configuration for more details).
Installation Steps
Section titled “Installation Steps”-
Invite the bot to your Discord via this link:

Make sure to select the server where you want to install it and grant the necessary permissions.Note: The bot requires the permissions encoded in the invitation link to function properly.
- Add Reactions
- Send Messages
- Use External Emojis
- Use External Stickers
- View Channels
Important: The bot must have permission to write messages in the staff channel and in the channels where users will post questions. If this is not the case, the bot will send a message to the founder each time it fails to write in a channel.

Subscribe to the monthly subscription in our store
Head over to our store to subscribe to the monthly plan required for the bot to function.
Note: The bot will not work without an active subscription.

Configure your bot using the /config command
Use the/config
command on your Discord server to configure the bot.
More details on configuring the bot can be found in the Configuration section. -
Ask it questions using the /q command
Once the bot is configured, you can start asking it questions. It will respond using information extracted from your rules.
