Staff Functionality

For the staff, the Support IA bot offers advanced features to manage user questions and enrich the rules. Here’s how the staff can interact with the bot:

  1. Respond to questions not covered by the rules: If a user asks a question that the bot cannot answer, the staff is alerted. They can then provide an answer which will be memorized by the bot for similar questions in the future.
    The bot will offer the staff the option to view the question, answer it, send a message to the question author, and add an image as a response.
    Staff can input up to 5 images to enrich the response. Image hosting is managed by external websites to prevent overloading the bot.
    Examples of image hosting sites include: Imgur, Catbox, or your own website by copying image URLs, etc.
  2. Add responses to the rules: When a question is asked and the bot has no answer, staff can intervene to add that answer to the rules. The bot will update its database and automatically respond to that question in the future.
  3. View pending questions via the staff panel: The bot includes a dedicated panel for staff, accessible via the /panel command. This panel allows staff to view pending questions and manage responses.
